Mr. Patil, learned APP for Respondent No. 1 - State submits that the police officer from the concerned police station is present in Court today. The said police officer was not informed that an adjournment would be sought in the present proceeding. He submits that the present ABA was filed in the month of May, 2025 and circulation has been taken only today before this Court.
