The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that interim protection has already been granted to the co-accused by this Court on 15 May 2025. It is further submitted that the investigation is complete and nothing remains to be recovered or discovered from the applicant. She also submits that a cross FIR has been registered in connection with the alleged incident. 3.

The learned APP seeks an adjournment as the investigating officer is not present and assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date. 4.

By consent, stand over to 21 July 2025.
