At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, states that there are 5 criminal antecedents as per the following details :- Sr. No.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Ms. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the particulars of the antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

The interim protection already granted shall remain in operation for a period of 2 weeks from today.
