Heard Mr. Shukla, learned Advocate for Applicant. 4.

Exigency expressed by him is on ground that Applicant seeks Anticipatory Bail Application and he is one of the 20 Accused persons wherein cross-complaints have been filed.

He would submit that 19 of the 20 Accused have been enlarged on bail, save and except present Applicant who is apprehending his arrest and there is every possibility that he may be arrested by the Investigating Officer.

He would therefore persuade the Court to pass appropriate directions for listing of the matter before regular Court since twice in

Today since regular Court is not sitting, he has approached this Court.
