At the outset, Mr. Mali, learned APP points out that there are two antecedents against the Applicant, which have not been mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.
Mr. Hagare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application giving all the details of the antecedents. He further states that the Applicant will implead the First Informant as party Respondent No.2 in the said Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as sought. 4.
No coercive steps be taken against the Applicant for a period of three weeks from today, for enabling the Applicant to file fresh Anticiaptory Bail Application.
