Mr. Solkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that, although the criminal antecedents are mentioned in the Chargesheet, however, the details of the same are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. He states that a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application will be filed by giving all the details of the criminal antecedents. He therefore seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.
