By this application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the respective Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.922 of 2024 registered with Lonikand Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 5, 8, 13 and 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1999 2.
Some of the affected flat purchasers are present in the Court and they state that they have formed as association named as Subarbia Association Trust. They state that the Advocate through Legal Aid be appointed to represent them.

Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Senior Counsel and Mr. Mundargi, learned Counsel appearing for respective Applicants state that they will implead the said Subarbia Association Trust as Respondent.

Leave as sought is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.

Mr. Abhay Khandeparkar, learned Senior Counsel a/w Mr. Vaibhav Ugle, learned Counsel of this Court is appointed to represent interest of the flat purchasers.
