The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a young boy aged 19 years. As per the case of the prosecution, the age of the alleged victim is 15 years 6 months. The applicant and the victim reside in close proximity, with their respective houses situated adjacent to each other. It is further submitted that there are no specific allegations of sexual harassment or any overtly inappropriate conduct levelled against the applicant. The applicant is fully cooperative with the ongoing investigation and expresses his willingness to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. __________________________________________________ 13 June 2025

Issue notice to respondent No.2. The learned APP to serve the notice to respondent No.2. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date. In the meanwhile, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 23 June 2025 and surrender his mobile phone. 3.
