At the outset Ms. Mulekar, learned APP states that there are six antecedents and they are not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the said contentions raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Senior Counsel seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with leave to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of the antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with leave as aforesaid. 4.

The interim protection granted by this Court by learned Single Judge by order dated 16th June, 2025 shall remain in operation for a period of one week from today.
