The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, the applicant was granted interim protection by way of an ad-interim order. Pursuant to the said order, the applicant duly reported to the concerned police station on eight occasions and fully cooperated with the investigation. He further submits that that the applicant continues to remain compliant with the directions of the Investigating officer and is willing and ready to attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
