The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a bona fide purchaser of the property in question. The dispute primarily is of a civil nature, which prima facie does not disclose any criminality. The applicant has already attended the concerned police station on various occasions and cooperated with the investigation. The investigating officer has also recorded his statement. 2.
