Perused the praecipe dated 03.07.2025 and the copy of Anticipatory Bail Application.

Heard Ms. Gupta, learned Advocate for Applicant. 4.

Ms. Gupta makes a grievance that said Anticipatory Bail Application was listed on 20.06.2025 and heard by the regular Court but on that date the matter came to be adjourned to today in view of the impugned order not having been appended to the Application. 5.

She would submit that pursuant to the said hearing the impugned order has been appended but unfortunately the matter was not listed on the board today before regular Court. 6.

All that she would persuade the Court is to consider her request to direct listing of the matter on Monday i.e. 07.07.2025 before

In view of the submissions made across the bar by the learned Advocate, I am inclined to direct the Registry to list the matter before the regular Court on Monday i.e. 07th July, 2025 in the interest of justice as per the Advocate's request.
