The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature. The applicant is ready to cooperate with the investigation, including handing over the alleged original two Will deeds to the investigating officer.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.

Stand over to 24 July 2025.
