The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present crime as a retaliatory measure to the FIR lodged by the applicant's wife. He further submits that the informant himself was involved in outraging the modesty of the applicant's wife during the said incident. Moreover, there is no material indicating that any damage was caused to the informant's vehicle.
