At the outset, the learned APP, based on instructions from the Investigating Officer present in the Court, informs the Court that no offence has been registered against the applicant as of date. He further states that in the event the prosecution intends to register a crime, the investigating officer will serve a 72 hours prior notice to the applicant before coercive action. 2.

In light of this statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave granted as prayed for.
