The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that, the only allegation against the applicant is that, prior to the alleged incident, he was in the company of both the prime accused and the victim. He further submits that there are no allegations against the applicant pertaining to any form of sexual assault or any overt act implicating his involvement in the alleged offence. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2.

In the meantime, there shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
