The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that a charge sheet has already been filed against the co-accused, indicating that the investigation in the present matter has, for all practical purposes, been concluded. He further submits that the informant was fully aware of the pendency of a divorce petition between the applicant and his legally wedded wife at the relevant time. Moreover, the learned Counsel contends that the applicant never solemnized any marriage with the informant. Leave to amend to add the first informant (XYZ) as party respondent to this application and to annex a copy of the charge sheet. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent. The investigating officer to serve the notice.

In the meantime, there shall not be any coercive action against the applicant in the present crime till the next date. 4.
