Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the Applicant is ready to file an Affidavit declaring that he will not claim any right, title or interest in Shop Nos.11 and 12 situated in Victoria House, MAC Cross Road No.2, Mahim (W), Mumbai, so also will not interfere with the possession of the first informant over the said Shops. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks time to file Affidavit to that effect. 2.
