The learned Senior Counsel submits that the accused No.2, along with his wife, has lawfully acquired the disputed property through a registered sale deed. It is on the strength of this legally executed document that the applicant is now acting in the capacity of a developer with respect to the said land. In contrast, the complainant asserts that he had purchased the same land through a notarised document. Chitra Sonawane 910-aba-1731-2025.doc applicant has not, at any point, either directly or indirectly, demanded any extortion money from the complainant. Moreover, it is categorically denied that the applicant has issued any threats to the complainant, whether involving the use of a weapon or otherwise.

Mr Hemant Ingle appears on behalf of the intervenor and seeks time to tile the intervention application. 3.

Liberty to file the additional documents to the parties. 4.

By consent stand over to 25 July 2025.

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 2, 3 and 4 July 20205, in between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.
