The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, during the pendency of the present application, one of the applicants has furnished CCTV footage which demonstrates that the applicants were not present at the scene of the incident at the relevant time. The learned Counsel further seeks time to file an affidavit and to substantiate the same with appropriate details.
