At the outset, the learned APP, on instructions from the MAMTA AMAR KALE investigating officer present in the Court, has fairly conceded that the offence has not been registered against the applicant and the prosecution is not intending to arrest the applicant in the present crime.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave granted as prayed for. 3.
