The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed an application for anticipatory bail, before the Sessions Court at Wadgaon, Maval, Pune, on 10 June 2025, vide bearing Criminal Application No.224 of 2025. However, the said application is yet to be decided. 2.
