Heard. These matters are placed before this Court being the alternate Court since the Regular Court has passed "Not before me" order as informed by the learned Advocates at the bar.

Dr. Kumar has briefly apprised the facts of the case. Mr. Merchant would submit that he has instructions to oppose grant of Anticipatory Bail to the Applicants. Ms. Phad, learned APP appears in ABA 1804 of 2025.

Considering that the Court time is over today as per the roster timetable of this Court for hearing Anticipatory bail Applications, Dr. Kumar and Mr. Ponda persuade the Court to grant interim protection to the Applicants upto the next date due to apprehensions expressed by them. Hence, in that view, ad-interim relief in terms of clause (c) is granted to Applicants in all three matters upto the next date subject to the present Anticipatory Bail Applications being heard on 18th July, 2025.

Considering the request made by the learned Advocates for the parties all above captioned Applications shall be heard together on the next date. Hence the common order is passed. 5.
