I have heard learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties. I have also interacted with the learned APP and the Investigating Officer who is present in Court. 3.

In the course of our discussion and deliberation in Court for pressing present three Anticipatory Bail Applications, it is gathered that there is substantial material placed on record by Complainant - First Informant as also the Applicants before me.

The learned APP has made a grievance with respect to noncooperation however despite the timeline in the present matter without any proactive report from the prosecution as to what investigation has been carried out or which may have been probably carried out prior to lodging of the First Information Report on 11.06.2025, Applicants have agreed to cooperate with the

investigation.

All three Applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer on 23.07.2025 and 24.07.2025 from 10:00 a.m to 01:00 p.m. and from 03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. and on 30.07.2025 and 31.07.2025, if so required to attend subject to discretion of the Investigating Officer during the same timings and cooperate with the investigation.

Investigating Officer is directed to prepare a comprehensive report and share the report with all parties as also with this Court by 05.08.2025.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier is directed to be continued till the next date of hearing. 8.

List the Anticipatory Bail Applications on 07th August, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
