Application No.1804 of 2025; Ms. Phad, learned APP for Respondent in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1765 of 2025 and 1766 of 2025 and Interim Application Nos.2387 of 2025 and 2384 of 2025; Dr. Takalkar, learned APP for Respondent in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1804 of 2025 and Interim Application No.2424 of 2025; Mr. Luthra, learned Senior Advocate for Intervenor in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1804 of 2025, 1765 of 2025 and 1766 of 2025. 2.

Pursuant to directions contained in the order dated 18.07.2025, learned APPs have filed report dated 05.08.2025. 3.

At the outset, Ms. Phad would submit that as stated in the Report, disclosures which are highlighted on the penultimate page of the Report qua transactions undertaken by the Applicants are received by the Investigating Officer in the evening of 04.08.2025 and therefore the same could not be investigated and gone into for the purpose of filing the complete of the Report since matter was listed before Court today.

The details which are stated in the Report and which may be required as per clause (5) on the penultimate page are directed to be apprised by the Investigating Officer by way of letter to the Applicants within a period of one week from today positively. 5.

Applicants are directed to disclose and co-operate with the investigation and furnish the documents or their say as asked for by

prosecution within a period of one week thereafter and attend the Investigating Officer thereafter as and when called for with prior and due advance notice to Applicants as per directions contained in the order dated18.07.2025.

Mr. Luthra has in the facts of this case persuaded the Court to pass directions in consonance of provisions of Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') and more specifically under sub Section 482(2)(ii) and (iii) of the BNSS. In the prima facie facts of the present case delineated in my previous order, I am not inclined to grant the request made by Mr. Luthra since it is prosecution's case in the status Report filed today that Applicants have duly co-operated on all dates as directed and have disclosed all documentary evidence / material as required by the prosecution. Hence request made by Mr. Luthra is not accepted at this stage. 7.

Needless to state that the aforesaid directions shall be complied with. Prosecution shall prepare a detailed Report and circulate it to both the parties one week in advance before the next date of hearing. If any of the parties desire to file Affidavit-in-Reply in response to the Report dated 05.08.2025 as well as the additional Report, the same is permitted to be filed and exchanged before the next adjourned date since on the next adjourned date, Anticipatory Bail Applications shall be heard and finally disposed in accordance

with law.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier is directed to be continued till the next date of hearing. 9.
