Leave to amend to add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent. 3.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, the applicant was granted interim protection from arrest. In adherence to the conditions Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 1 July 2025
Chitra Sonawane 913-aba-1768-25.doc stipulated in the said interim order, the applicant duly attended presented himself before the concerned police station on three separate occasions. On each such occasion, the applicant cooperated with the investigation. The learned APP seeks an adjournment citing the absence of the investigating officer and assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date. 4.
By consent stand over to 30 July 2025.

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when directed by the investigating officer.
