At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP submits that there is one antecedent bearing C.R. No.186 of 2017 registered with Sahakar Nagar Police Station, Pune City. 2.

In view of the said contention raised by learned APP, Mr. Thatte, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the particulars of the antecedents. Mr. Thatte, learned Counsel further submits that the interim protection already granted by a learned Single Judge by order dated 01st July 2025 be continued for few days.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

Till 05th March 2026 interim protection granted by a learned Single Judge by order dated 01st July 2025 shall remain in operation.
