Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no direct or indirect involvement in the commission of the alleged offence, and the withdrawals reflected in the account were made at the behest of the account holder himself. He further submits that there is an inordinate and unexplained delay in the lodging of the FIR. The prosecution is already in possession of all the documents in question.
