Applicant is indicted in offences punishable under Section 120-B, 471, 468, 467 and 420 of the Indian Penal code, 1860. Anticipatory Bail Application is filed day before yesterday i.e. 01.07.2025 and it is listed on supplementary board at serial No.903 today before the regular Court.

Since regular Court is not presiding, Mr. Bhanushali has persuaded the Court to grant interim protection. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Bhanushali across the bar, I am inclined to grant protection to Applicant for a period of one week from today in

P7.ABA.1793.2025.doc order to enable the Applicant to move before the Regular Court. Prosecution shall not arrest the Applicant for a period of one week from today.
