This Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed day before yesterday i.e. 01.07.2025.

The apprehension expressed is immediate threat of arrest. 6.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Lahoti would persuade the Court that since the regular Court is not sitting today and matter was listed on the supplementary board at serial No.906 today, this Court may be pleased to pass order for protecting the Applicant to enable him to argue his Anticipatory Bail Application. 7.

Considering the submissions made by Mr. Lahoti across the

P5.ABA.1796.2025.doc bar and considering the facts of the case, I am inclined to protect the Applicant for a period of one week from today. Prosecution shall not arrest the Applicant for a period of one week from today. 8.

Applicant is directed to move the Regular Court immediately. 9.
