This Court by order dated 06th November 2025 granted Anticipatory Bail to the Applicant by imposing inter alia following Conditions :- (B) The Applicant shall attend the Wagholi Police Station, Pune once a week i.e.on each Sunday. The Police Inspector of Wagholi Police Station, Taluka Haveli District Pune to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer.

(C) The Applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the Vimantal Police Station, Pune except when called by Investigating Officer.

However, Mr. Padmasinh Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has moved the matter for speaking to the minutes as the Applicant is now staying at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) along with her mother and brother. 3.

Accordingly the Condition No. 'B' is modified and instead of "Wagholi Police Station, Taluka Haveli District Pune" the same is replaced as "Satara Parisar Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)".
