Leave to amend to add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have filed a complaint at the Sarkarwada Police Station, alleging that the individual with whom they had entered into a transaction concerning a bungalow located at __________________________________________________ 10 July 2025

sg 905.aba1850--25.docx Madsangi had fabricated a false notary document within the Nashik Court. This act of forgery is reportedly linked to a property related dispute between said individual and the original complainant. The applicants categorically deny any involvement in the creation or use of the alleged forged documents. The power of attorney in question, executed by the complainant in favour of the applicants, was lawfully registered at the Nashik Road Sub-Registrar's office. The said document was drafted and registered by the complainant himself. The learned Counsel contends that, under these circumstances, the applicants have been wrongfully dragged into a dispute that exists solely between the complainant and the third party who was intended to purchase the property. The applicants have no connection whatsoever with the alleged forged notary document or the illegal acts.

The learned Counsel further submits that the co-accused in the present matter has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 9 May 2025.

By consent, stand over to 6 August 2025. In the meantime, there shall not be any coercive action against the applicants in the present crime till the next date. (R.N. Laddha, J.) __________________________________________________ 10 July 2025
