P.C. :
1.
This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.
Learned APP has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 03.02.2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 310 of 2025. By the said order, this Court has rejected the earlier Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the present applicant in the present crime.
3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after rejection of Anticipatory Bail Application by this Court, the prosecution has filed the charge-sheet against the present Pramod S.Lakare 1/2
29-ABA-1872-2025.doc applicant.
4.
The filing of the charge-sheet after rejection of anticipatory bail cannot be treated as change in circumstance. If the same is allowed then after rejection of Anticipatory Bail Application, the concerned accused will abscond and will file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application after filing of charge-sheet. 5.
The present application therefore cannot be entertained and the same is rejected.
