Today, Mr. Priyansh Jain, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

In view of the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same also stands disposed of.
