The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the present dispute stems from matrimonial discord between the parties. The applicant himself has lodged an FIR bearing No.62 of 2025 against the complainant and her family members under Sections 333, 189(2), 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The learned Counsel further submits that the injuries allegedly sustained by the informant's father do not correspond with the description of the injuries as stated in the FIR. The injuries appears to be simple in nature. The learned Counsel further submits that there are various matrimonial proceedings pending between the informant and the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant also seeks leave to implead the first informant as a party respondent to this application. Leave granted as prayed for. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent. The investigating officer to serve the notice. 3.
By consent, stand over to 11 August 2025. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 16th , 17th and 18th July 2025 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant in the present crime till the next date.
