The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's anticipatory bail application is presently pending adjudication before the Sessions Court, Pune, and that the matter is kept today for pronouncement of order today. 2.

In light of the above submissions, the application stands disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, clarified that in the event of need arises, the applicant shall be at liberty to avail of and pursue any appropriate legal remedy available to him under the law.
