Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicant No. 2 is a 63 years old lady. The allegations against her that she is the director of the company.

It is the contention of learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 that the fraud amount has been transferred to the bank account of Applicant No. 2.

In the FIR, there are no specific allegations against the Applicant No. 2 except the director of the company. 5.

The learned APP seeks time to take instructions. 6.

Considering these facts, till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of Applicant No. 2 Mrs. Sakhubai Hanmant Jadhavar in connection with investigation of C. R. No. 459 of 2024 registered with Vishrambag Police Station, Dist- Sangli for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 7.
