The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant has filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.4676 of 2025 before the learned Sessions Court at Pune on 14 July 2025. However, the said application remains undecided and is presently pending consideration before the Sessions Court.

The learned APP informs the Court that the said anticipatory bail application is now listed for hearing before the Sessions Court, Pune, on 23 July 2025.

In view thereof, the learned Sessions Court, Pune before whom the applicant's anticipatory bail application is pending is requested to endeavour to take up the said application for hearing on the scheduled date i.e. 23 July 2025 and dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week from today, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this order shall not preclude the applicant from availing any appropriate legal remedies, as may be available under law, in the event circumstances so warrant.
