By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.327 of 2025, registered at Barshi City Police Station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 143(2), 144(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023 (BNS Act) and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (PITA Act). 2.
At the outset, the learned APP, following instructions from the Investigating Officer present in the Court, submits that the investigation has been completed, and the charge-sheet has already been filed. Nothing remains to be recovered or discovered from the applicant and the prosecution does not seek the applicant's custody and has no objection for granting the pre-arrest bail.

In light of the above, the application is allowed on the following terms:
(i) In the event of the applicant's arrest in connection with CR No.327 of 2025, registered at Barshi City Police Station, Solapur, he shall be released on bail upon executing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the trial proceedings regularly and cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of
this case.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
