The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant's name does not feature anywhere in the FIR. It is not alleged that the applicant received any money from the informant at any point. The entirety of the allegations contained in the FIR are directed solely against accused No.1. The accusations against accused No.1 pertain to alleged deficiencies in the services provided by him, and even those relate to events that occurred after the services were availed. Chitra Sonawane 904 & 905.doc representations nor gave any assurances to the informant, directly or indirectly. Moreover, the monetary transaction referred to in the FIR was made exclusively to accused No.1.

The learned Counsel further seeks leave to approach the Sessions Court for appropriate relief, specifically for filing an application for anticipatory bail and prays for interim protection from coercive action until such application is made. The applicant undertakes to approach the Sessions Court and seek such remedy as available in law within a period of one week from today. In the meantime, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant in connection with the present crime until 1 August 2025.

In light of the above, both the applications stand disposed of.
