At the outset, Mr. Karmakar, learned APP submits that there is an antecedent against the Applicant being C.R. No.1313 of 2023 registered with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune and the same has not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

In view of the above contention of Mr. Karmakar, learned APP, Mr. Vijaykumar Dhakane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by disclosing the details of the antecedent.
