Chitra Sonawane 911-aba-2094-25.doc offences punishable under Sections 106(1) and 290 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023. He further submits that both of these offences are bailable in nature. 2.

The learned APP, following the instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the prosecution does not propose to invoke or add any further penal provisions in the present case. In light of this statement made by the learned APP, the present application does not warrant further adjudication and accordingly, stands disposed of. It is made clear that the applicant is at liberty to avail of or pursue any other appropriate legal remedies as may be available under the law, as and when deemed necessary. [R. N.
