The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the customer, Ashwin Patil, was sanctioned a total loan amount of Rs.15,96,000/- under his primary loan account and associated accounts. This loan was extended against the security of a pledged quantity of 342 gms of gold. However, upon Patil's failure to repay the outstanding dues within the stipulated time period, the pledged gold was duly auctioned in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the loan agreement. Mamta Kale 911-aba-2111-2025.docx outstanding loan amount. As a result, the dues of all concerned borrowers were fully settled, and no financial loss was incurred by the company. All relevant loan accounts associated with the borrowers have since been closed in the ordinary course of business.

Ms Deepa Punde, the learned Counsel appears on behalf of the first informant and seeks time to file the intervention application. The learned APP also seeks time to take instructions.

By consent, stand over to 2 September 2025. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant in the present crime till the next date. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 4th , 5th and 6th August 2025 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.
