At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP submits that there are antecedents against the Applicants and the same are not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, submits that the ad-interim order dated 1st August 2025 be continued for a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such, with liberty as sought. 5.
