This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.

The Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.191 of 2025, registered at Dindoshi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant and Learned Counsel for the first informant jointly submit that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. Learned Counsel for the first informant has tendered the consent affidavit to that effect. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The first informant is present in Court and he does not dispute the contents of the Affidavit. Mugdha

Learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that in addition to the present crime, the Applicant is involved in seven more crimes. It is submitted that considering the said fact, the Applicant may not be released on anticipatory bail.

I have perused the FIR. The dispute is between developer and flat purchaser and they have settled the dispute. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the Applicant on anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. ii.

In the event of the arrest of the Applicant Crime No.191 of 2025, registered at Dindoshi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The present Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
