Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

The Allegations against the Applicants are that they intercepted the vehicle of the first informant and robbed Rs.7,00,000/- which is kept in that vehicle.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that vehicle allegedly used in the crime was parked in Pune and was not present at the scene at the time of incident, as alleged in the F.I.R. Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

Learned counsel for the Applicants further submits that he will produce the CCTV footage showing the said vehicle parked in Pune before the Investigating Officer.

Considering this facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Applicants be enlarged on bail in Crime No.316 of 2025 registered with Miraj Gramin Police Station, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
