In the facts and circumstances, Mr. Toshnival, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that he has instructions to implead Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. as Party - Respondent No.2 about the next date. 4.

The leave as sought is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.

Issue notice to the added Party - Respondent No.2 - Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., returnable on 08th December 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, Investigating Officer also inform the added Respondent No.2 about the next date. 7.
