This application is filed by the Applicants under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.147 of 2025 registered on 08th July 2025 with Ambegaon Police Station, Pune City for the offence under Section 135 of Electricity Act, 2003.

As per the prosecution case, the Applicants have committed theft of electricity and as a result Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. has suffered loss of Rs.10,70,670/-. 4.

Mr. Toshnival, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicant Nos. 1 and 2 are personally present in Court and on instructions of the Applicants he states that, the said amount will be deposited in this Court within a period of one week from today. 5.

Accordingly, stand over to 21st November 2025. To be shown fairly "high on board".

Till next date interim protection granted by a learned Single Judge (CORAM : R.N. LADDHA J.) by order dated 08th August 2025, shall remain in operation.
