At the outset, the learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present before the Court, submits that, owing to a typographical error, a notice was erroneously issued to the applicant in connection with CR No.106/2025 registered at Kasarvadavali Police Station, Thane. He further submits that the applicant has no connection whatsoever with the said FIR, and no offence has been registered against the applicant in relation to the said crime. 2.
