The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no involvement whatsoever in the alleged offence, as he does not possess the authority to convey meetings of the Gram-Panchayat. It is an admitted fact that the applicant was not present at the alleged Gram-Sabha. Furthermore, he is not the custodian of the Gram-Panchayat records, and therefore, could not have made any false entries therein or procure signatures from the villagers. The applicant is not a beneficiary of the alleged crime. The sole allegation against the applicant is __________________________________________________ 12 August 2025

sg 11.aba2248-25.docx that he exerted pressure upon the Village Development Officer and the Clerk to record in the Gram-Panchayat's proceedings book a resolution concerning the transfer of property belonging to the Shambhu Mahadev Trust, Fursungi, to the Gurukul Educational and Social Foundation, Manjari Khurd, of which the applicant is the President. However, prima facie, there is no material on record to indicate that the applicant had, at any point, pressurised the Village Development Officer or the Clerk to record such a resolution in the Gram-Panchayat's proceedings book pertaining to the year 2020. 2.

The learned APP, however, seeks an accommodation to obtain further instructions. At the request of the learned APP, stand over to 4 September 2025. There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant in the present crime till the next date. To be listed along with Anticipatory Bail Application No.2227 of 2025.
